Rishi joined the Company in 2010 as Senior Vice President – Products and Marketing and has since held several senior leadership roles across distribution, strategy, marketing, and products. He was re-designated as Chief Distribution Officer – Alternate Channels and Chief Strategy Officer in August 2023, and as Chief Distribution Officer – Alternate Channels and Chief Marketing Officer in June 2024. In his current role, he leads sales and distribution across alternate channels, along with the Company’s marketing and product development functions.

With over 29 years of experience, Rishi brings deep leadership expertise across sales and distribution, product development, strategy, marketing and digital businesses in the life insurance sector. Prior to joining the Company, he was part of the management team and a founder member of Bharti AXA Life Insurance. He also has management consulting experience across sectors with Stern Stewart India and Arthur Andersen. Rishi holds a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta.
