Ritesh Kumar Rathod is associated with Canara HSBC Life since June 2011 and is the Chief Strategy and Data Officer. In his current role, he is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Data & Analytics, Project Management Office and AI initiatives in our organization. Additionally, he is also responsible for Business Performance Management providing support to MD & CEO in monitoring delivery of key performance metrics across functions along with execution of key strategic and high impact Company-wide projects. He has over 22 years of experience and have worked in leadership roles in the areas of Treasury, Investments, Investment Risk Management & Operations, Customer Retention and Public Relations.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Madras and Master in Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Birla Sunlife Insurance, Reliance Life Insurance (formerly AMP Sanmar Life Insurance) and Sanpra Health Care Services LLC.
