Soly Thomas is the Deputy CEO and Chief Distribution Officer - Bancassurance of our Company. He joined our Company on March 5, 2008 as Regional Sales Manager – North and has been with the firm since. Over the last 18 years, he has played a defining role in building the Company’s bancassurance distribution strategy, leading the integrated sales network across Canara Bank, regional rural banking partners and more recently, HSBC.
He holds a master’s in business administration from the Department of Management, Kurukshetra University, Haryana. He has completed the Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
He has over 24 years of experience in the sales and distribution field. He has also been the recipient of leading industry honors including the “Chief Distribution Officer of the Year” award at the 18th edition of the Stars of the Industry Awards.
