Soly Thomas is the Deputy CEO and Chief Distribution Officer – Bancassurance, leading the Company’s largest and most strategic distribution channel. Since joining in 2008, he has been instrumental in building a high-performing bancassurance franchise across Canara Bank, regional rural banks, and HSBC.
Over 18 years, he has driven scalable, governance-led growth, consistently delivering strong business outcomes in a listed-company environment. He also contributes to enterprise-level strategy and cross-functional alignment as a part of his broader leadership responsibilities.
With over 24 years of experience in financial services, he holds an MBA from Kurukshetra University and has completed the Senior Management Programme at IIM Calcutta. He is also a recipient of “Chief Distribution Officer of the Year” award.
