A. Death Benefit

| Higher of the following amounts and will be paid as a lumpsum: · Sum Assured less partial withdrawals / withdrawals under Systematic Withdrawal Option, if any, in the preceding two years of the death of the Life Assured, or · Fund Value as on date of intimation of death claim, or · 105% of all Premiums paid up to the date of death The Policy shall terminate after the payment of the Death Benefit |
Promise4Wealth Shield
| Higher of the following amounts and will be paid as a lumpsum: • Sum Assured Plus, Premium Funding Benefit (PFB) shall be applicable wherein We will pay all future premiums on your behalf, in the same mode and fund allocation you last selected. All charges—except Mortality and PFB will continue to be deducted until maturity. At maturity, the Fund Value will be paid as a lump sum or as per the Settlement Option chosen before death. Along with the Death Benefit and PFB, your family will also receive a monthly income equal to 1/12th of the Annualized Premium and will continue until the end of the Policy Term, subject to a maximum period of 120 months. |
B. Maturity Benefit
Promise4Wealth Maximiser & Promise4Wealth LongLife: Fund Value as on the date of maturity of Your Policy is payable.
Promise4Wealth Shield: Fund Value at maturity is paid to the Life Assured if alive, or to the Nominee(s) if not.
The Policy will terminate on payment of the Maturity Benefit.

Product Flexibilities
1. Partial Withdrawals
You can make partial withdrawals from the 6th policy year onwards, once all premiums for the first 5 years are paid.
2. Settlement Option
Option to receive your maturity payout in instalments over a maximum period of 5 years.
3. Premium Redirection
Option to change how your future premiums are invested by redirecting them to different funds.
4. Switching
Move your existing fund value from one fund to another anytime during the policy term or Settlement Period.
5. Premium Reduction
After completing 5 policy years, you can reduce your premium basis your financial needs.
6. Option to increase Policy Term
Increase your policy term up to 2 times during the entire policy duration.
7. Change of Premium Payment Term
Option to alter your premium payment term basis your financial horizon.
8. Change in Premium Payment Mode
Flexibility to switch your premium payment mode anytime during the premium‑paying term.

The Entry / Maturity Age shall be age as on last birthday. Availability of Policy Term will be subject to Minimum Maturity Age and Maximum Maturity Age (as specified in the table above), both inclusive.
